Amedei chocolates are produced entirely in the company, starting with the roasting of cocoa beans and all nuts like
hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios, which are the basic ingredients of the concept of the Mediterranean Amedei
chocolate.

Amedei creates the pralines with the same philosophy as for napolitains and chocolate bars: work the ingredients at
the moment, when they are fresh and their flavours and aromas are at the highest level of expression. Only then you
can get an excellent result.
Ingredients:

Coating: Dark chocolate: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla. Cocoa min. 66-. Milk chocolate: cane sugar,
cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, vanilla. White chocolate: cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk
powder, vanilla. Filling: Cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder,
hazelnuts, dextrose, inverted sugar, glucose syrup, almonds, coffee beans, pistachios, honey, puffed rice, anhydrous
cow’s butter, vanilla, walnuts, natural flavours, stabilizer: sorbitol, acidifier: citric acid and tartaric acid.

This assortment does not contain alcohol.
