Patric Chocolate Bars
Patric was born from the passion of Alan Patric McClure who studied the French art of chocolate making from 2004 to 2006. After returning from France Mr. McClure opened his own chocolate making company with dreams of being considered among the world's best. In terms of American artisan chocolates, very few companies have enjoyed the success that Patric has in such a short amount of time. The company has won numerous awards including the 2011 Good Food Award for its In-NIB-itable Bar. Patric was also one of the first American craft chocolate companies making their own chocolate right from the bean. Their products are known for their smooth blends of several different flavors.
