Since 1993, Domori searched for and has now found the world's cocoa growing regions with the best varieties of cocoa for making chocolate. Domori has a unique approach to their chocolate, selecting, and roasting cocoa carefully and in small batches, a minimal amount of processing, and making their chocolate by hand as opposed to machine when possible. The result is  Italian chocolate with a unique, genuine taste, aroma of the cocoa, and a very characteristic snap with each bite that is unique only to Domori.
