To make it, we grind our single-origin Dominican cacao using vintage Oaxacan stone mills to retain its bright fruity flavor and rustic texture. Then we stir in premium organic ground ginger root, to create an enticingly aromatic chocolate with a hint of lingering spice on the finish.
